The Student Service Center is located in suite 2201 C.B. Hedgcock (building no. 9 on the campus map). Hedgcock can be reached off of Seventh Street or, if coming from Wright Street, off of Tracy Avenue.

Regular Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Summer Hours (Early May - Mid August) are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Fall tuition is due early-mid August

Winter tuition is due early-January

Summer tuition is due mid-May

Tuition bills are available for viewing online at  http://payment.nmu.edu/ebill.  An email notification will be sent when available for viewing.

  • Fall bills are generated late-July
  • Winter bills are generated mid-December
  • Summer bills are generated late-April

All student account credit card payments are done through our 3rd party processor (PayPath).  A non-refundable PayPath Payment Service fee of 3% (minimum $3.00) will be added to your payment.

Change of address can be done online at mynmu.nmu.edu or you may submit in writing to the Records Office.

To allow others (such as your parents) to view your billing account information and make payments on your behalf, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log on to your eBill account
  2. Click on the Authorized Users tab
  3. Select "Add Authorized User"
  4. Enter the email address of the authorized user
  5. Select your options
  6. Click the "continue" button
  7. Your authorized user will be sent an email notifying them of their access
