Admissions Requirements for NMU's Associate and Certificate Programs.
- The information below reflects policy for Winter, Summer and Fall 2020 terms.
- For first-year applicants (no college attendance after high school graduation), each program requires an earned high school diploma or passing G.E.D. (or equivalent) prior to enrollment, high school GPA (HS GPA) minimums and ACT/SAT minimum scores, if noted below.
- For transfer applicants (college attendance after high school graduation), a cumulative college GPA of 2.0 or higher in college level courses is required. If fewer than 12 college credits after high school graduation, high school record is also considered, as noted below.
- Post-Baccalaureate certificates require a bachelor's degree for admission.
