- Innovators and changemakers who inspire forward-thinking initiatives aligned with NMU’s growth
- Alumni with a strong connection to NMU through past involvement, volunteerism, or mentorship
- Networkers and advocates who can help create opportunities for partnerships, student recruitment, and philanthropy
- Individuals committed to student success through mentoring, internships, and career development
- Alumni willing to actively serve, participate in meetings, and support ongoing committee work
- Those with expertise in fundraising, university governance, marketing, and community development who can help guide NMU’s strategic direction
