Dan Blood is originally from St. Clair Shores, Michigan just outside of Detroit. He received his Bachelor of Science from Northern Michigan University in 1991. Dan earned a Master of Science in Education and Leadership from the University of Kansas and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University. Dan currently serves as the Vice President of the School of Underwriting at Zurich North America where he is responsible for onboarding and development programs for new employees. He enjoys reading, biking, and spending time with family including his wife Kristen ('92 NMU grad) and daughters Megan and Becky. He currently resides in Aurora, Illinois.
