Jim recently retired after 33 years in sales in the Electrical Industry. The last 19 years as a representative for Burndy LLC a manufacturer of connectors for all types of wire. He graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Marketing and is a 2016 inductee to the NMU Sports Hall of Fame. 

"I joined the board because I felt that some of my experiences could help with ideas in the NMU Alumni Association Board of Directors' pursuit of promoting Northern Michigan University."
