Josh Todd is a proud 2012 graduate of Northern Michigan University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. He currently serves as a Jobs for Michigan Graduates (JMG) Specialist with Northwest Michigan Works, mentoring and empowering high school students across East Jordan, Central Lake, and Beaver Island. Through personalized guidance, hands-on career exploration, and post-graduation support, Josh helps students navigate their next steps with confidence and clarity.

With a dynamic career spanning education, business operations, and event coordination, Josh is known for his strategic leadership, creative problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to youth development. His professional journey includes launching award-winning cider programs, managing large-scale operations, and leading impactful community initiatives. He's been honored with multiple accolades, including JMG Specialist of the Year (2025), the Rising Star Award (2024), and several international awards for excellence in cider production.

Josh has spent the past decade serving on the board of the Central Lake Friends of the Veterans Center and continues to lead events like the Victory 4 Veterans 5k. Whether he's organizing student leadership days, building local partnerships, or mentoring future Wildcats, Josh brings energy, purpose, and heart to every endeavor.
