Academic and Advising Interests:
Dr. Jezylo's professional interests were focused on animal welfare, including dairy herd health and animal nutrition. She also assisted with animal cruelty investigations for the regional animal shelter. As NMU's former Pre-Veterinary Advisor she helped to guide students who planned to pursue a career in veterinary medicine as they built a foundation of academic and extra-curricular experiences that maximized their potential for future success.
