Chad Seader (he/him) specializes in community literacy, developmental literacy, and memoir. His research seeks to better understand how institutional failures affect identity development, which informs his approach to teaching writing. Chad also edits Coda, the Community Literacy Journal's creative writing section. He earned his PhD from Syracuse.
