The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning is sponsoring a free support group called “When Life is Hard.” It will meet from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, April 28, and on the fourth Tuesday of each month at First Presbyterian Church in Marquette.

            This group is open to anyone facing life’s challenges, whether it be bereavement, health issues, family relationships or any other concerns. It is led by David Mair, a retired Presbyterian minister and NCLL member.

            Advance registration is not required. Individuals are invited to simply show up for the meetings. For more information, contact Mair at 228-9470.
