FRENCH BAKING SEMINAR AT NMU

MARQUETTE, Mich.—A free seminar on French baking titled “Breakfast in Paris: Croissants and Other Breakfast Pastries” will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 12, in Northern Michigan University’s Whitman Hall commons. The public is invited to attend free of charge.      

Peter Claybaker, owner of the Marquette Baking Company, will discuss the history of French breakfast fare and the baking process. He will also offer attendees a taste of the finished products. 

This event is brought to you by the French program in the department of modern languages and literatures.
