MARQUETTE, Mich.—Northern Michigan University music professor Mark Flaherty will be featured as a performer and director in two upcoming concerts. Both are free and open to the public.
Flaherty will give a faculty trumpet recital at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13, in Reynolds Recital Hall. He will be accompanied by pianist Greg Sulik and organist Jeff Bruning.
The NMU jazz combo, under Flaherty’s direction, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, in Reynolds Recital hall.
