NMU SHOW CHOIR HOLDS ‘A TASTE OF HOLLYWOOD’ CONCERT

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Michigan University Lake Effect Show Choir will present “A Taste of Hollywood,” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, April 21-22 in the University Center Great Lakes Rooms.
This evening of musical entertainment will feature up to 50 short musical selections from various movies made over the last 100 years. Songs will include “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “I’m a Believer,” “Unchained Melody,” “Peter Gun,” and some of the songs from Beverly Hills Cop 2. There will also be selections from the Beatles and Elvis. H’orderves and dessert will be served.
Tickets, which must be purchased by Monday, April 19, cost $15 and can be purchased at Forsberg Flowers on Third Street and NMU’s music department office in room 102 Thomas Fine Arts Building.
