NCLL OFFERS SAFE DRIVING COURSE

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer an AARP senior safe driving class at 10 a.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 28 and 29, at the First Methodist Church on Ridge Street in Marquette.
Driving instructor Don Balmer will discuss changes seniors experience that can affect their ability to drive. Some insurance companies offer a discount on auto insurance premiums from taking the course.
The registration deadline for this class is Monday, Oct. 25. It costs $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. To register, contact Don Balmer at 249-1273.
