NCLL OFFERS HERB CLASS

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “The Wonderful World of Herbs” at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the Marquette Food Co-op.
Natasha Gill will discuss the ways herbs can liven up food with careful selection. She will also address which herbs are best suited for which types of food, the use of dried versus fresh and which herbs are easiest to grow.
The cost is $4 for NCLL members and $7 for non-members. Register by Nov. 8 by calling Lorana Jinkerson at 226-6210.
