'NORTH OF THE 45TH' ART EXHIBIT ENTRIES SOUGHT

MARQUETTE, Mich.—Northern Michigan University’s DeVos Art Museum will accept entries for its fourth annual “North of the 45th Parallel” Upper Midwest juried exhibition through Friday, Feb. 25.

            Artists must be residents of Michigan, Wisconsin or Minnesota who live above the 45th Parallel. Work in all media is accepted, with no size limitations. Work previously exhibited at the DeVos Art Museum is not eligible. There is no fee to enter and a limit of six entries per person.

            An entry form is available at www.nmu.edu/devosartmuseum. The “North of the 45th” exhibition will take place May 3-July 24. The juror is Lisa Stone, curator of the Roger Brown Study Collection at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. For more information, contact the museum at 227-2235.
