NCLL PRESENTS SEA LAMPREY CLASS

            MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “Combating the Invasive Sea Lamprey” at 1 p.m. Monday, May 23. The event will be held at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service office behind the Target store in Marquette.

            Bob Kahl, fishery biologist, will discuss the biology of this invasive species and explain how it is harmful to lakes, rivers and native fish.

            This class is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Register by May 19 by calling Paula McCormick at 228-5489.
