NCLL OFFERS LAKE SUPERIOR PROGRAM

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “America’s Lake Superior: A Tourist’s Perspective” at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at the Upfront and Company in downtown Marquette.
This social and kick-off event will show various images of Lake Superior during a digital slideshow. David Jesse McChesney, author and nature photographer, will share his personal stories of Lake Superior adventures and play a few harmonica pieces. Food from the Upfront’s kitchen will be provided.
This class is free for members, $5 for non-members. Advance registration is required by Sunday, Aug. 28. Contact class liaison Pat Frenn at 225-1841.
