FREE MUSIC FEST AT NMU

MARQUETTE, Mich.—A two-day music festival featuring bands from across the Midwest will held at Northern Michigan University beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, and Saturday, Sept. 17. First Aid Productions Fest will be held in the University Center courtyard, across the street from Spooner Hall. It is free and open to the public.
Friday is billed as rock/indie night and the lineup includes Javelins, Nathan K, Laarks, Egon’s Unicat and Wall of Funk. Saturday’s “metal night” performers will be Beast In The Field, Michigan Doom Metal Masters, Nosferatu Man, Two Holes of Man, Dorian's Decay and Too Fond of Flames.
