MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host two informational meetings on Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Wednesday, Oct. 5. Both sessions will begin at 5 p.m. in the NMU Jacobetti Center’s room 132.

The next academy will run from May 6-Aug. 22. Topics covered at the meeting will include Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards requirements to enter the academy, NMU requirements for attendance, an overview of the academy and a question-and-answer period.
