MARQUETTE—The Northern Michigan University music department will host two concerts at the end of February. Both are free and open to the public.

            The University Choir and Madrigal Singers, under the direction of Floyd Slotterback, will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, in Reynolds Recital Hall.

            The NMU Symphonic Band, under the direction of Stephen Grugin, will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, also in Reynolds Recital Hall.
