NMU Symphonic Band Concert March 13

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Michigan University Symphonic Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, in Reynolds Recital Hall in C.B. Hedgcock. The public is invited free of charge. This concert had to be rescheduled from its original date, when the university was closed because of inclement weather.
The band is under the direction of Stephen Grugin. It will perform the following pieces: English Folk Song Suite by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Spoon River by Percy Grainger, Light Cavalry Overture by Franz von Suppe, Pavane by Gabriel Faure, Havendance by David Holsinger and The Free Lance March by John Philip Sousa.
