NCLL Offers Class on Outpatient Care
MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a class titled “Patient Curiosity: What Happens When You’re Out?” at noon Monday, June 4, at Marquette General Hospital.
Patti Willis, director of clinical education, and Julie Hausmann, infection control, will lead this two-part session. Part one will be a presentation on preventing infection in a hospital setting and part two will be a guided tour of an operating room. Infection topics will include sources, guidelines, accountability, safety logistics, new practices and team interaction.
