MARQUETTE, Mich. — Bill Ballenger, editor and publisher of Inside Michigan Politics, will present “Speaking of Elections” on Constitution Day at Northern Michigan University. His talk is scheduled at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building. The public is invited free of charge.

Ballenger is a former state representative and senator. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
