NCLL Offers Class on NMU Resources

            MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a course titled “Exploring the Lydia M. Olson Library and Central Upper Peninsula and NMU Archives” at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the Olson Library located in the Learning Resources Center.

            Participants will receive a guided tour of the Olson Library and NMU Archives. There will be an interactive demonstration illustrating how to search the library catalog. The library contains a variety of resources that may interest members, including government documents, maps, video, slides and sound recordings, as well as books and periodicals. The visit will conclude with an orientation to the archives.   

            This class is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Register by Tuesday, Oct. 23, by calling 227-2979.
