MARQUETTE, Mich.— Northern Michigan University’s biology department will host a seminar titled “Molecular Genetic Evidence of Skewed Juvenile Common Loon Sex Ratios from Breeding, Migratory and Overwintering Populations.” Abigail Debiak, a master's degree candidate, will be the presenter.

It will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, in Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building. The public is invited free of charge.
