MARQUETTE, Mich.—Access to the Northern Michigan University Superior Dome will be limited to one entrance for about an hour Friday morning. A contractor will be installing a new lightning rod on the roof of the Superior Dome from 8:30-9:30 a.m. As a precaution, the only entrance and exit available during this time will be through the connector link between the dome and the PEIF (Physical Education Instructional Facility).

            All remaining doors in and out of the Superior Dome will be monitored by NMU Public Safety staff.
