NMU's Fall Fest Aug. 26
MARQUETTE, Mich. — Northern Michigan University’s Fall Fest will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, the first day of classes. This year’s event will take place on the lawn outside the University Center.
Fall Fest is an “opportunity fair” where students can get information on how to become involved on campus or in the community. They will be introduced to local businesses and the products or services they offer. This year’s event will feature over 125 student organizations, 85 business and 25 volunteer agencies. There will also be a roving artist, free entertainment and ice cream and business giveaways.
