MARQUETTE, Mich.- Lucas Verstegen of Mequon, Wis. is the recipient of the John W. Hebert Accounting Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

To be eligible for the scholarship the student must be a full-time junior in the College of Business. The student must show high academic performance and interest in the field of accounting by involvement in student accounting organizations, internships in the accounting field, leadership in business organizations or tutoring.

The John W. Hebert Accounting Scholarship was established in honor of former Director of Placement at Northern Michigan University, Keith Forsberg.
