MARQUETTE, Mich.- Rachel Rodriguez of Garden City is the recipient of the Fillmore C.F. Earney Endowed Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

To be eligible for the scholarship students must be pursuing a degree within the department of Earth, Environmental and Geographical Sciences.  

The Fillmore C.F. Earney Endowed Scholarship was established in 2003 with a gift from Dr. Frederick E. Nelson ’73 in honor of Dr. Fillmore C.F. Earney, Geography Department Professor Emeritus, Northern Michigan University.
