NCLL Explores Marquette Tourism

          MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present, “Our Marquette: What Do You Really Know?” from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Monday, July 14, in room 101-B of the Superior Dome.  

Pat Black, the executive director of Marquette County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, will share her experiences from the past 15 years to discuss the various aspects of the Marquette area’s relation to tourism. An assortment of topics, such as how the city markets itself and which tactics have worked in the past and present, will be discussed.

The presentation is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Register by Tuesday, July 8, by calling 227-2979.
