MARQUETTE, Mich.- Samantha Grzeskowiak of Brighton is the recipient of the Quinlan Teacher Education Scholarship at Northern Michigan University for the 2014-2015 academic year.

To qualify for the scholarship students must be a junior or senior studying special education.

The Ida Quinlan and Millard J. Quinlan Teacher Education Scholarship was established in 1999 by Ida Quinlan and Millard J. Quinlan upon their deaths through a bequest.
