The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will tour the Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority( MCSWMA) landfill site, as expanded to accommodate recyclables and composting. The tour will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27. Participants will meet at the Berry Events center to carpool.

Landfill supervisor Brad Austin will guide the tour and give updates on the recycling and composting processes.

The cost will be $3 for NCLL members; $8 for non-members. Register by Thursday, March 19, by calling 227-2979.
