Editors: Please note the Aug. 10 registration deadline

The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning invites participants to hike a segment of the North Country National Scenic Trail on Sunday, Aug. 16. NCLL will join in the North Country Trail hikers' "third Sunday hike," departing at 1 p.m. from the Lakenenland pavilion at 2800 M-28 East. The terrain is easy and the total distance is about three miles or less based on individual preference. 

There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is requested by Monday, Aug. 10, by calling 227-2979.
