The Academic Service Learning Advisory Board will host a celebration recognizing the service learning taking place at NMU. Employees are invited to attend the event, scheduled from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Landmark Inn. Mix and mingle with past and present faculty who have displayed a commitment to enriching student learning through community engagement, while also learning about how to incorporate this pedagogy into a classroom. Pizza and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. A cash bar will be available.
