Northern Michigan University receiver Marcus Tucker was added to the Pittsburgh Steelers' 90-man roster on Monday. He participated in the NFL team's rookie mini-camp May 6-8.  

"It's the beginning of a new journey," Tucker said. "I'm a small guy from a small school. I must make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Tucker wrapped up his three years as a Wildcat with 2,330 receiving yards, 1,618 kickoff return yards and 20 touchdown receptions. He was also named to the 2014 all-GLIAC second team.
