Northern is conducting its second employee satisfaction survey. The link to the anonymous, online survey will be sent via email by Human Resources on Monday, Nov. 6, and remain open through Dec. 3. Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate and share their thoughts. 

President Fritz Erickson wrote in an email that the survey "will give us perspective on how you feel about several key factors related to your employment with NMU, and will help us understand the positive aspects we need to continue to build upon, as well as the opportunities we have to continue to improve."

The last employee satisfaction survey was conducted in December 2013. Results of this month's will be shared in January in a Campus Connect article and discussed at the winter semester university forum on a date to be determined.
