NMU alumna Sara Ferguson (BS 2008) has been hired by Great North Bank as financial controller for its banks, according to a press release. She is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years' experience at top-ranked firm KPMG in Minneapolis and at Anderson, Tackman & Company PLC in Iron Mountain. Ferguson's management roles have included auditing, consulting and taxation. She holds a degree in accounting and corporate finance from NMU.Great North Bank was established in 1891. It is a family-owned, independent community bank serving Wisconsin, upper Michigan and beyond.
