Goodman Joins Iron County Prosecutor's Office

NMU alumna Hannah Goodman (BS Psychology) is the new part-time chief assistant prosecutor in the Iron County Prosecutor’s Office. She has worked for the past several years at the Law Office of Steven J. Tinti, with locations in Crystal Falls and Norway. After graduating from NMU, Goodman continued her education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing. She has been practicing law since 2011.

According to an “Iron Mountain Daily News” brief, Goodman’s new duties include handling felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, juvenile cases, civil infractions, drug court staffing and review hearings, child protection and delinquency actions, mental health treatment hearings, friend of the court support or order enforcement actions, meeting with crime victims, directing law enforcement investigations, and trying or resolving cases, according to the memorandum.
