was inducted into the Greenville (Michigan) Athletic Hall of Fame. He was a middle school social studies teacher for 37 years, middle school boys/girls basketball coach for 40 years, Junior Varsity girls basketball coach for ten years, middle school track and field coach for 30 years and a track timer 40 years.
