General Fixed Asset Information - Risk Management

Northern Michigan University’s Risk and Insurance Management Department has oversight of the university’s fixed assets inventory, which includes land property, facility property, vehicles and equipment. 

Fixed Asset Policy
This policy provides guidance regarding the stewardship, transfer and disposal of NMU-owned equipment. 

Fixed Asset Procedure
