Due to an outpouring of support from our community, the NMU Teaching Kitchen is fully booked for the spring 2023 semester. Faculty and Students could not be more grateful.
The HM team will fulfill canceled reservations by first reaching out to those whose requests were not fulfilled. If you desire to be added to this list, contact the program via hospitality@nmu.edu with your desired guest count and contact information. Outreach will take place if reservations become available.
As a reminder, the Teaching Kitchen does provide limited seating for walk-ins from 5:30 - 7:15 pm each Wednesday night at the bar. Walk-ins receive a two course menu with entree selection and pre-selected dessert for $25 per guest. Please keep in mind these are high-top bar seats viewing our open-concept kitchen.
Please note that restaurant communications are not guaranteed through any format outside of hospitality@nmu.edu.
Gratefully,
The Hospitality Management Program
