"My time at NMU shaped the life I have today. I value all I learned, both in the classroom and the life lessons. The city of Marquette also has a special place in my heart. While my life had led me further away from Northern and from the state of Michigan, I am looking forward to reconnecting. I am most excited to give back to the institution that gave me so much and anticipate all the connections being a part of the board will offer."
