UAW Administrative Professionals Merit Recognition Program

This program is intended to recognize and reward high performance of UAW 2178 A/P employees.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Employee must have been in the position for the whole performance year.
    • Promotions received due to career laddering will not disqualify the employee.
  • Employee must receive a performance rating of Highly Effective for the performance year.
    • Or a submission of support from the individual’s direct supervisor if no performance review was given during the previous performance year.
  • Employee must not have received a merit recognition award in previous year.

 

Award Information:

  • Nomination review and award selection will take place in September.
  • Recipients are granted an award $1,250.
  • Deductions include all applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • Employee must be on payroll the date of payment.
