NMU ANNOUNCES EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION AWARD WINNERS

             Thirty Northern Michigan University graduate students have received the 2009 Excellence in Education Award, which consists of $1,500 to support their research and creative works during the summer sessions. Each honoree has a grade point average of 3.00 or higher and is sponsored by a faculty member.

            “These students represent some of NMU’s finest at the graduate level,” said Cindy Prosen, dean of the College of Graduate Studies. “Their research and scholarly works are very impressive.”
