MARQUETTE, Mich.—Yale Younger Poets winner Arda Collins will give a free reading at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, at the Women’s Federated Clubhouse.
Collins received an MFA from the University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop, where she was a Glenn Schaeffer Fellow. Her poems have been published in the New Yorker, A Public Space, the American Poetry Review, Jubilat and elsewhere. Her collection of poems, It is Daylight, won the 2008 Yale Series of Younger Poets Award.
