MARQUETTE – Most Northern Michigan University offices will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 1 and will resume their normal operating schedules on Monday, Jan. 4.

The Superior Dome will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 3. NMU Recreational Services will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1. Remaining PEIF hours during the holiday period are: noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 26-27; 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 28-30; 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 2; and noon to 8 p.m. Jan. 3.

Open swimming is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. Dec. 26 and 2-5 p.m. Dec. 27. There will be two sessions—from noon to 2 p.m. and from 7-8:30 p.m.—Dec. 28-30. The pool will also be open from noon to 3 p.m. Jan. 2 and 2-5 p.m. Jan. 3.  

Winter-semester classes at NMU begin Monday, Jan. 11.
