MARQUETTE, Mich.—Exploritas, the new name for Elderhostel, will be the topic of an upcoming Northern Center for Lifelong Learning program. The event is scheduled from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the Peter White Public Library’s community room.

            A panel of five presenters who have participated in Exploritas in various destinations will lead the discussion. They will explain the type of travel experiences offered through the organization, available locations for excursions, lodging, costs and inclusions. Exploritas booklets and materials will be available for viewing.
