NMU HOSTS ELECTION RECAP

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The impact of the 2010 elections on the region, state and country and will be discussed at a public policy symposium at Northern Michigan University. The event is scheduled from 3-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, in the West Science Building’s Mead Auditorium. It is free and open to the public.
Three panelists will dissect the election results, discuss their opinions and field questions and reactions from the audience. Panelists are Tom Baldini, district director for Congressman Bart Stupak, and William Ball and David Haynes from the NMU political science and public administration department.
