MARQUETTE – Most Northern Michigan University offices will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 2 and will resume their normal operating schedules on Monday, Jan. 3.

The Superior Dome will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 2. NMU Recreational Services in the Physical Education Instructional Facility (PEIF) will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1. Remaining PEIF hours during the holiday period are: noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 26; 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dec. 27-30; and noon to 8 p.m. Jan. 2.

Open swimming is scheduled from 2-5 p.m. Dec. 26. There will be two sessions—from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.—Dec. 27-30. There will be two sessions—from noon to 2 p.m. and from 7-8:30 p.m.—Dec. 28-30. The pool will also be open from 2-5 p.m. on Jan. 2.

Winter-semester classes at NMU begin Monday, Jan. 10.
