NMU THREAT UPDATE

Northern Michigan University is closed today (Wednesday, Feb. 2) due to a serious threat it has received of an intent to harm students, faculty, staff and administrators. No specific part of campus was targeted, so the university closed the entire campus.
Marquette Senior High School has been locked down because of its proximity to campus, but there was no mention of the high school in the threat.
More information will be released when it becomes available.
